Morag is a warm and empathic Counselling Psychologist who is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life. She obtained a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton (London) and has over 20 years of experience of offering therapy. She is very experienced in working with a wide range of adult emotional, behavioural and adjustment difficulties including:

Morag provides a caring environment where clients can feel safe to explore their issues. She draws on a range of approaches including Schema Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She works with clients to deepen their insights into their challenges, then she teaches and uses strategies to help overcome or manage them. This process facilitates growth and enables greater fulfilment in life.
Morag has worked in senior management roles in the health sector. She runs training workshops on mental health issues in the corporate sector and she provides training and supervision to psychologists and health professionals.
Morag is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and Medicare and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
