Dr. Rebecca El-Helou is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology and has extensive experience working across a range of psychological concerns — including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Her approach integrates scientific research with empathy and collaboration, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals.

Given her creative spirit, Rebecca encourages her clients to bring in their scrapbooks, colouring pencils, or any creative outlet really into the therapy room to assist them with regulating their emotions in session.Rebecca enjoys cooking, being a foodie and trying out different restaurants. She also is an avid reader and loves travelling.
