For many, Buddhist teachings have offered a wealth of tools to create kinder and more peaceful lives. I am a Buddhist-influenced practitioner, and a member of the Australian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

Some evidence-based modalities that we can work with include Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Narrative therapy.
